I rescued Denver at nine months old, all skin and bone less than half his body weight he had been shut in a pen, he will be four years old this year. He is a great dog comes with me every day as I run my own Animal Ambulance (call him my paramedic). he loves to play football, he loves all animals and is great friends with my other 10 rescued dogs. He is a fantastic dog and enjoys life to the full.

Hi,. my gorgeous girl Lucy is nearly 3 years old and has been with me for just over 2 of them. i rescued her from a garden where she was tethered up to 14hrs a day with no water, no food, and no shelter. the owner willingly handed her over when i said i would give her a good home. she is still on the nervous side and had never had a days training in her life. she is bouncy and friendly with everyone and all dogs. i am currently training to be a dog trainer and she is enjoying learning new skills while i practise my teaching skills! she is loyal and loving and has a fantastic life down here in the new forest. she loves walks in the woods, splashing in puddles, and running on the beach. her training is paying dividends now and she is becoming much calmer although she is still a lead puller given the chance. she is keen to learn and can now do the perfect ‘say please’. clicker training works brilliantly with her, coupled with some tasty chicken or sausage. she has excellent manners around food and very often prefers to wait to eat until i do. an all round adorable dog who i am glad to have the company of..

Harvey is a 5 and a half month old golden retriever, he is very active and friendly. He loves to go for walks in the field, but he is scared of horses. He would eat for england if we let him. He thinks it’s great in the garden and he likes to play with his tug of war toy, however when he gets mischevious he does like to dig! He gets tired easily and his favourite places to sleep are; under the radiator in the kitchen, in the chair and in the corner of the sofa. He is a gorgeous dog and very loving.

Rufus & Otis are 1 year old Pugs. Rufus is 6 weeks older than Otis, & tries to keep Otis in line, without much success!
They both love to eat anything! Especially our food, but also grass, paper, leaves….

jack russel, aged 1 yr 5 mths. we call him eeyore sometimes because he’s so slow about everything. he likes footballs but not tennis balls which are more his size.

Tell us all about your dog, their favourite toys, treats, habits etc WE GOT SAM FROM A RESCUE CENTRE WHEN HE WAS 11MONTHS OLD .WE HAD TO GET OUR OLD GORDEN SETTER PUT TO SLEEP. I THOUGHT GO TO THE RESCUE GIVE A DOG A HOME. AS SOON AS WE SAW SAM HE WAS MY BABY.HE WAS A LOT OF WORK AS HE HAD BEEN VERY BADLY MISTREATED BUT WITH T.L.C. HE BEGAN TO TRUST US .WHEN HE GETS HIS TREAT HE SHOWS YOU HIS NASHERS EVERYONE THINKS THIS IS GREAT .AS ONCE SHOWN HE CHATTERS THEM. HE LOVES TO BE CHASED AROUND THE GARDEN WITH HIS TREAT STILL IN HIS MOUTH.AS HE IS GETTING ON NOW HE LIKES SHORT SLOW WALKS

Blake is our 1 year old Collie / Staffordshire Bull Cross. We got him from a local rescue centre as his previous owners kept him in a cage for 12 hours a day! Despite a rough start to his life he has soon settled into his new life with us and is totally a part of the family.

He just loves going on long walks in the countryside, meeting other doggies to say hello, having a sniff here and there and then rounding off his day with a well earned bowl of water at a local pub that welcomes dogs (whilst his owners can have a nice pint too!).

Her name is Tara she is nearly 2. She is an affectionate loving dog who craves love all day, that is when she isn’t playing with her faviourite toy tyre, which she never seems to tire of, lol . she loves been social with other dogs and enjoys to meet new people and is especially good with children, as im sure you can see she is also extremely pretty! She also has a fantastic pose while waiting for either her mum or me. stood with one paw up like she is seeking, many people have stated how lovely she looks.
